REGISTRATION POLICIES
- Cancellation will be effective only upon receipt of a written notice to loginhelp@glass.org. Conference registrants may receive a refund according to the following schedule. All cancellations will be charged a $25 processing fee.
- Registrants cancelling on or before March 18, 2022 shall receive a full refund minus the $25 processing fee.
- No refunds will be made after March 18, 2022.
- All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
- By registering for GPAD you are agreeing to follow the NGA pandemic policy in place at the time of the event.
