REGISTRATION POLICIES
• Cancellation will be effective only upon receipt of a written notice to loginhelp@glass.org. All cancellations will be processed within 30 days. Conference registrants may receive a refund according to the following schedule.

Registrants cancelling on or before January 7, 2027 shall receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
Registrants cancelling between January 8, 2027 and January 25, 2027 shall receive a 50% refund minus a $50 processing fee.
No refunds will be made after January 25, 2027.
