BEC Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation will be effective upon receipt by the Association of a written notice of cancellation. Conference registrants may receive a refund according to the following schedule. All cancellations will be charged a $50 processing fee.
1. Registrants canceling on or before February 3, 2020 shall receive a full refund minus the $50 processing fee.
2. No refunds will be made after February 3, 2020. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
